1.  Reservations

To facilitate a quick, accurate reservation, please have the following information available:

  • Passenger Name
  • Date and Time
  • Pick Up Address
  • Phone Number
  • Destination – Airport and Airline or Address
  • Type of Service – Sedan, Stretch Limo, or Executive Van
  • Any Special Instructions
  • Your Name and Telephone Number (if different from above)

Please remember, reservations can only be made via phone.


2.  Cancellations

Cancellation of a reservation must be made at least 90 minutes prior to pick up time.  Executive vans and stretch limousines, however, require 24 hour notice.  No-shows and on-site cancellations will be charged accordingly.


3.  Airport Arrivals

If for any reason the customer cannot locate our chauffeur, please call (914) 447.8177 immediately.  We can contact our chauffeur quickly in order to assist you.  Failure to contact our office will result in appropriate charges.

Remember, there is 45 minutes of free wait-time at airports.


4.  For Your Convenience

Curbside pick up at airports is available upon request.  After arriving, telephone us at (914) 447.8177 and we will have your chauffeur pull around and pick you up.


5.  Inside Terminal Pickups

Look for your name on the sign the chauffeur will be holding.
Domestic –  In baggage area.
International –  At customs exit.
If you do not see your chauffeur, do not leave.  Please call (914) 447.8177 so we can assist you.
